New ride.

We have decided on the Bumbleride Flyer in Ruby. We tried out strollers at Baby's Room in Marietta, GA. They had all the models we were considering and were able to show us all about them. I highly recommend taking these for a test drive. I totally changed my mind after pushing this one around. Storage was a big issue for us. This one seems to have plenty of room. And it is easy to fold and pretty light. It ain't so bad lookin' either.

Nursery plans

We have had this furniture for a while now (although the changing table is still in the box.) I love it. It is very simple and modern. Both are from Babies R Us by Amy Coe. I was lucky enough to get a major discount on both pieces (both a clearance price and a 15% coupon!)

Corbett at the Zoo.

Spreading the baby news!

We told my family on Mother's Day. We also celebrated both mine and Scott's May birthdays that day. So it was quite a big day!

Then came the peas.

Garden Beginnings

This is what the garden looked like way back in April or early May. Lots of lettuce, arugula, spinach and onions.
