Authentic Derby Fare




Want some recipes from the guys who feed the crowds at Churchill Downs? You can get recipes for mint juleps and country cassoulet at the Levy Restaurants page. I heard the chef on Martha Stewart Radio this morning. Don't forget the Derby Pie! I'm not sure what I'm making yet, but this Creamy Cheddar Grits Souffle sounds divine.
