It's Cinco De Mayo.


My work schedule and my gardening kept us from celebrating the day with a Mexican feast, but if we had . . . here's what we'd have made! Achiote-Seared Shrimp with Quick Habanero Pickled Onions, Charcoal-Grilled Corn With Cream, Cheese And Chile, and Champagne Margaritas! All courtesy of Rick Bayless of Frontera.
